Sebastian you always make me smile.  You and Julian are such good buddies.  

Georgia’s desk looks like a bomb has gone off.  Apart from photography due on Friday, exams are all over in our little house.  We have 7 more weeks until we do it all again. I hope nothing is buried under all that paper on Georgia’s desk!  A lovely lightness and brightness has returned to our household after the heaviness of exam pressures has dominated. I wonder when she will clean her desk? 

You might be interested in some further resources we use at school to support children working through an issue.  They help give a framework and provide tools.  Building up children’s resilence is really important as they work their way through the school.  It is also incredibly important I think for supporting their wellbeing.

…and Alexandra who turned 6 today wrote Miss 6 on her maths basic facts sheet.  Well done Miss Six.

I gave the chlldren some homework over the weekend after lots of talk about syllables last week.  I asked them to think of one 4 syllable word to share.  Wow though Stella you and your family were amazing!!!  500 house points for you and 5 stickers for your sticker chart – that is a great effort.  You can be our syllable expert!
