Friday Is A Pyjama Day!

On Friday we can all come to school in our pyjamas. Kohia Terrace School is having a pyjama day.  We will have such fun!  Please bring in a gold coin to donate to our jump jam team who are fundraising towards their Tauranga trip as they were selected as one of the finalists this year in the annual jump jam school competition.

Proud Mother Moment

Please forgive me this proud mother boasting moment…Olivia has been selected to attend the elite OLE premier soccer league training squad three nights a week.  The academy is run by former All Whites Manager Dave Wilson. Her goal to be a professional soccer player, (while being a marine biologist), is one step closer.  I am suffering from over proud mother syndrome tonight.

Great To See So Many Weekend Photos From Room 5!

Looks like many of you had a great weekend.  Olivia’s Kohia Terrace Waterpolo Team lost the semi-final game on Friday 5-4, it was so so close.  I got to enjoy a day off juggling multiple sports and delivering teenagers to social engagements by spending it with my friend Cherry from Wellington who flew up for the day.  AND as we both have teenage children who only communicate using snapchat filters we had a bit of fun using snapchat too. We had lots of fun exploring shops and cafe hopping.  Great to see some photos from our Room 5 little people of what they got up to this weekend.  See you tomorrow everyone.
