Circle Time

We were so lucky to have Mrs Tomich come and do a BIG circle time session and show Mrs Brown and Room 5 some clever ways to manage ourselves and make great decisions.  We learnt different ways we can use circle time.  One of the cool things we learnt today was a breathing exercise which can sometimes make us feel better if we are feeling cross.  Taking big breaths works really well if we are feeling upset or stressed too.
