We have taken the beautiful space art down and it is ready for you to collect.  It is in the classroom all ready for you to take home.

Children need good fine motor skills to write properly.  If your child finds it hard to write quite often it is because they don’t have the strength in their fingers. Playing music instruments helps.  What helped my daughters was doing lots of crafts.  Play dough is also fabulous for giving fingers and hands a mini workout and building muscles.

June and Finn had a great weekend with their Paddington Bears.

We will be writing about whales next week.  We started to look at some facts already.  We learnt that a whale’s heart is as big as Mrs Brown’s car!

We missed our gorgeous Phoebe this week in Room 5. She was skiing down the mountain with her family.  Everytime we came to Phoebe’s name on the roll, the class would say, “Phoebe is whizzing down the mountain”.  We look forward to seeing you Monday and hearing all about it.
