Our Room 5 Adventures

So exciting we went to our big buddy classroom today – up the stairs in the senior area.

Our big buddies showed us how they share their work online with their parents. We will be doing that next term also.  Watch this space.

Dr Finn helped me on duty today by helping dishing out plasters.  We had lots of intermediate children entertaining us with games this lunch time.  Fun.

I had been hearing a lot about the lunch time leaf party this week, so went to check it out.  It was gorgeous!  A game the children invented and have been enjoying playing at playtime. Lots of smiley happy little people.

These beautiful girls got school certificates today.  Well done!

We are so lucky at our school.  We have a  science teacher that teaches in classrooms throughout the school.  This is Ms Bowden, we call her Ms B. Room 5 has turned into a science lab with lots of scientists doing experiments.

The children did different experiments using our five senses.

We love your new black shoes Tselmeg with bees on them!  They are gorgeous.  We love shiny new shoes.

We are doing a gorgeous little project to follow up on all our circle time chats about remembering how awesome we all are. It will be hanging up in the classroom sometime soon.

Ms Ali popped in to take photos of the children for the space art project she is doing with them.  It is going to be awesome.  Ms Ali will finish them with the class next Thursday when she is teaching in Room 5. Thank you for such dedication Ms Ali, popping  in in your own time is really generous.

On Thursdays we have free writing.  We can write about anything we like.  We started using inspirational cards today for creative ideas.
