Whenever I am on duty Miss Eloise always magically appears to help me.  She loves carrying the duty bag.  We had a little friend who got really upset at lunchtime…we knew what to do…”Get the calm cards!!!!”….Eloise was great helping our little friend work though the strategies to get our emotions back under control.  Thanks Eloise. 

We have a few children away today so we wriggled and jiggled the reading groups and had time for lots of follow up work.

I am going to show the children this photo from ten years ago when we visited the big blue whale in The London Museum.  Shall we go on a little school trip to London for our ‘under the sea’ topic to visit him?  I wonder how Alison’s budget is looking?  Parent help anyone?

Books labelled with numbers starting at 597 are going to be on fish and reptiles.  This is where we find books on seahorses.  Thanks Vincent!
